What You’ll Learn: Mindfulness and Stress Reduction: Techniques for staying present and managing daily stress. Healthy Habits for Self-Care: Creating sustainable routines to support mental health and well-being. Emotional Resilience: Building the ability to cope with challenges and bounce back stronger. Connection and Support: Sharing and learning from others in a safe and empowering environment. Format: Duration: 150-minute sessions Frequency: Monthly (first Saturday of every month) Location: In-person or virtual options available Group Size: 10-12 participants for an intimate, supportive environment Cost: Sliding scale pricing available based on community participation level Pricing Breakdown: Community Pricing Options: Standard: $50 per person Discounted Rate (For Students, Seniors, or Low-Income Participants): $25 per person Supporter Rate: $75 per person (For those who want to pay it forward and help subsidize others' participation) Why Attend? Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to confirm your event date. Bookings should be made at least 30 days in advance to allow for planning and customization if needed. Cancellation Policy: 15+ Days Before Event: Full refund available. 8-14 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the total payment. 7 Days or Less: No refund. Rescheduling Policy: 15+ Days Before Event: One-time rescheduling allowed at no extra charge, subject to availability. Less than 15 Days Before Event: Rescheduling requests will incur a 25% rescheduling fee and are subject to availability. On-Site Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable space, seating, and AV setup if needed. Access to the event space is required 1 hour before and after for setup and breakdown. Customization: We welcome custom content requests. Final details for customization must be confirmed 7 days before the event. Additional fees may apply for extensive adjustments.
