Service Description
Join our self-care 6-8 week Inner & Outer Beauty Wellness Group where you will learn a comprehensive understanding of the intricate relationship between beauty health and mental well-being. The program is structured to offer educational sessions, practical tips, coping mechanisms, and community support, aimed at enhancing both the physical and emotional aspects of beauty care. Through interactive and engaging activities, participants will learn to manage beauty-related stress, embrace their self-identity, and develop sustainable self-care practices. Weekly Program Themes: Each week covers a different aspect of inner and outer beauty, providing community members with valuable self-care and wellness tools. Topics include: Week 1: Self-Awareness and Goal Setting Week 2: Mindfulness and Stress Management Week 3: Emotional Resilience and Physical Wellness Week 4: Positive Body Image and Self-Expression Week 5: Energy Balance and Stress Reduction Week 6: Confidence and Radiance Optional Weeks 7-8: Continued Development and Advanced Self-Care Techniques (additional $70 fee applies). Our mission is to empower individuals by bridging the gap between beauty health and mental health. We aim to educate, support, and inspire participants to cultivate a positive self-image and adopt holistic self-care practices. By fostering a nurturing community and providing valuable resources, we strive to enhance overall well-being and build resilience against the psychological impacts of neglecting our self-care beauty routine. Program Overview Duration: 6-8 weeks Session Length: 120 minutes per week Service and Price Breakdown Payment Plan Options Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot. Installments: Remaining balance can be split into two installments, payable over the first two-four weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to confirm your event date. Bookings should be made at least 30 days in advance to allow for planning and customization if needed. Cancellation Policy: 15+ Days Before Event: Full refund available. 8-14 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the total payment. 7 Days or Less: No refund. Rescheduling Policy: 15+ Days Before Event: One-time rescheduling allowed at no extra charge, subject to availability. Less than 15 Days Before Event: Rescheduling requests will incur a 25% rescheduling fee and are subject to availability. On-Site Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable space, seating, and AV setup if needed. Access to the event space is required 1 hour before and after for setup and breakdown. Customization: We welcome custom content requests. Final details for customization must be confirmed 7 days before the event. Additional fees may apply for extensive adjustments. Health & Safety: Thehairapist LLC. follows all local health guidelines. COVID-19-related rescheduling is allowed with no additional fee, pending availability.
