Service Description
We develop tailored self-care programs that include resources, guided routines, and workbooks designed specifically for your team’s needs. Our custom programs help employees prioritize self-care and mental health in a structured, sustainable way. A custom self-care program is a long-term investment in employee wellness. By providing ongoing support, companies create an environment that prioritizes mental health, reduces turnover, and drives overall productivity. Our Custom Self-Care Programs will be completed via online and/or at clients company/preferred address in a conference room suitable for the amount of staff attending. Service Features: Personalized Wellness Plans Workshops and Seminars Ongoing Support Employee Wellness Kits Program Duration Options: Short-Term Program (3 months): Focuses on setting the foundation for self-care and wellness in the workplace with a focus on immediate needs and strategies. Mid-Term Program (6 months): Offers deeper integration of self-care practices with ongoing support and workshops. Long-Term Program (9 months): A comprehensive, sustained wellness program designed to make self-care and mental health a permanent part of your company’s culture. After booking, a confirmation email will be sent to schedule a conference call to workout/finalize any additional details. We travel up to 120 miles and charge a $60-100 travel fee for establishments outside of our 35 mile radius.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to confirm your event date. Bookings should be made at least 30 days in advance to allow for planning and customization if needed. Cancellation Policy: 15+ Days Before Event: Full refund available. 8-14 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the total payment. 7 Days or Less: No refund. Rescheduling Policy: 15+ Days Before Event: One-time rescheduling allowed at no extra charge, subject to availability. Less than 15 Days Before Event: Rescheduling requests will incur a 25% rescheduling fee and are subject to availability. On-Site Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable space, seating, and AV setup if needed. Access to the event space is required 1 hour before and after for setup and breakdown. Customization: We welcome custom content requests. Final details for customization must be confirmed 7 days before the event. Additional fees may apply for extensive adjustments. Health & Safety: Thehairapist LLC. follows all local health guidelines. COVID-19-related rescheduling is allowed with no additional fee, pending availability.
