Service Description
Our 8-10 week psychoeducation program is specifically designed for Beauty Professionals who aim to provide trauma-informed care to their clients. This program covers essential aspects of trauma, its impact, & practical strategies for creating a safe, supportive, & empowering environment for all clients. Through a combination of lectures, interactive activities, role-playing, and group discussions, participants will gain the knowledge & skills needed to recognize & respond to trauma with sensitivity & professionalism. Program Overview Duration: 8-10 weeks (weekly sessions of 1.5 hours each) Cost: $800 per participant (with flexible payment options) Program Breakdown Foundational Training in Trauma-Informed Care (Weeks 1-2) Participants will explore the fundamentals of trauma & its impact, learning how trauma-informed care applies in beauty settings. Topics include recognizing trauma responses, maintaining boundaries, & fostering a supportive environment. Mental Health Support Basics (Weeks 3-4) Beauty professionals will learn the basics of mental health support, including stress management techniques, communication skills, & how to approach conversations about mental health with clients. Advanced Communication & Boundary Setting (Weeks 5-6) This module focuses on advanced communication techniques, active listening, and the importance of setting & respecting boundaries with clients. Role-play exercises & real-life scenarios will help participants practice & refine these skills. Self-Care & Wellness Practices (Weeks 7-8) This part of the program is dedicated to personal wellness for beauty professionals. Participants will learn self-care practices, burnout prevention strategies, and wellness is crucial to ensure they can sustainably provide high quality care. Application & Real-Life Scenarios (Optional Weeks 9-10) In these final sessions, participants can dive deeper into practical application, discussing real-life scenarios, handling difficult conversations, & reviewing case studies. Program Highlights Comprehensive Modules: Covers trauma-informed care, mental health, self-care, & communication. Expert-Led Sessions: Program led by a licensed mental health professional with experience in both therapy and beauty, ensuring high-quality, relevant content. Interactive Learning: Includes role-play, group discussions, and real-world application. Professional Growth: support clients better & manage personal wellness effectively.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to confirm your event date. Bookings should be made at least 30 days in advance to allow for planning and customization if needed. Cancellation Policy: 15+ Days Before Event: Full refund available. 8-14 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the total payment. 7 Days or Less: No refund. Rescheduling Policy: 15+ Days Before Event: One-time rescheduling allowed at no extra charge, subject to availability. Less than 15 Days Before Event: Rescheduling requests will incur a 25% rescheduling fee and are subject to availability. On-Site Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable space, seating, and AV setup if needed. Access to the event space is required 1 hour before and after for setup and breakdown. Customization: We welcome custom content requests. Final details for customization must be confirmed 7 days before the event. Additional fees may apply for extensive adjustments.
