Our Self-Care Workshop is designed to help individuals understand the importance of self-care and how it can positively impact both their mental and physical health. This workshop offers practical strategies for incorporating self-care into daily routines. During this workshop we will be focusing on reflecting and redefining how we choose relationships in our life. You can attend this event for Free or whatever price you feel called to pay. All proceeds will go towards light refreshments and the development of our nonprofit organization. Our goal is to create a community where all can receive therapeutic and beauty services at no or low cost to create a more sustainable environment.
